If you can love a storage facility, this is the one. Clean. Easy to find layouts finding storage lockers and a very caring staff. We feel very safe when we are there.
I recently rented a storage unit at Safeguard in Elmsford and am very pleased with everything about the experience. I worked with Christine who was terrific. She was prompt in answering questions and setting up an initial appointment and took me through all the things I needed to know. . She was knowledgeable, thorough and extremely helpful. Move in was simple. The facility is clean, brightly light and has multiple ways to ensure safety. I highly recommend it.
Excellent service at Safeguard Self Storage....I had to open up a new unit to store furniture from an office I was closing up (due to Covid of course) and Christine went above and beyond to provide the best service on facilitating my application. I was late in arriving due to traffic and she waited for me to get the job done, which I so appreciated! She fixed a problem I had with the application, patiently went through all the paperwork and stayed as long as necessary after hours. Both Christine and Daniel are so helpful and friendly.
