Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Henry was so friendly and knowledgeable that with his help it did not take long to figure out what I needed. The building looks brand new and bright inside. There is a restroom! Very convenient plus. It was easy to say yes to a unit that is just right for me at this time and it was is so clean! Henry went above and beyond by sweeping out the unit and offering to mop it to get rid of any residual dust. Not that it looked like it needed anything! The prices are very reasonable. The location convenient - I'm 7 miles away and this StorQuest is the best choice I could have made. Thank you StorQuest and Henry. I feel a weight off my shoulders.
The Gentlemen who work there were SUCH a great help. Unfortunately i was in a situation where i had to find a storage facility ASAP. They were the cheapest in the area. They went through everything very thoroughly, explained all the rules and procedures. The halls are very clean and have 24 hour surveillance as well, which is a great plus! Highly recommend!!
I have had items at StorQuest in Thornwood for some time and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The facility is clean, secure, comfortable and easily accessible during hours that work with my schedule. I initially had a larger unit moved down to a smaller unit. The staff there is extremely helpful and accommodating. The staff was very helpful in finding me a unit that met my needs and made moving in a pleasant experience. They we equally pleasant and helpful on my downsizing – they truly know how to provide customer service!! Based on my experience, I would highly recommend StorQuest!
Very professional and accommodating staff. The facility is nice, super clean, very secured and in a convenient location. Best value for the quality and space they offer.
Super easy sign-up and move in process... even in a pandemic! Facility is cool, very clean, well-lit and easy in/out. Unit is roomy and easily accessible. Availability of multiple push carts is a bonus as are the well-maintained restroom.
