Clean, vey well maintained facility and reasonable rates, without their special offers. Convenient location. Bright lights illuminates the hallways very well. Great management, polite, informative, very helpful and extremely friendly, provided me a tour of the facility showing me the various sizes I had to choose from. Definitely a top Storage Company. I have been renting from US storage in Hawthorne for about two years. Karen and her staff have been incredible. I get better customer service here than in places where good customer service is to be expected. Karen is always looking out for the best deal for every customer. I got a unit thay better suited me for less than I was paying before. The location is perfect. The Police station is right in front. I keep motorcyles in the unit and I sleep well knowing me bikes are secure. If you are looking for a secure drive up unit call Karen at US Storage in Hawthorne for a pleasant storage experience. RB
