Tutor Time of Pleasantville

I have been a part of the Tutor Time Pleasantville community now for 5+ years and my experience has been tremendously wonderful. The teachers are warm, nurturing, honest and caring and provide a stimulating and structured environment for children to learn while also having fun. My son went into Kindergarten (after 5 years at Tutor Time) already loving school and ahead of the Kindergarten standards because of the care that Tutor Time provided. The fabulous teacher retention rate demonstrates just how wonderful a community Tutor Time Pleasantville is and how terrific the director, Bri, and assistant direction, Fallyn, are. They know all kids and parents by name and allow an incredibly safe place for children to grow. I honestly cannot imagine my children in a better environment for their most important years. Really amazing experience!

I'm rather surprised at the other reviews as my experience was so grossly different. While the teachers if they last do a good job, there is an extremely high staff turnover and not so great communication either. Therefore, one day your child's teacher is gone while no plausible explanation is provided. After 1 year, I was extremely disappointed, and knew that this daycare was no longer for us. Thank God I went elsewhere and suggest that others keep their options open as well. Our children deserve the best care and while you pay top notch for daycare, you sadly don't receive top notch at this TT location. In my opinion, they are just an okay center, withna great amount of room for necessary improvement.
