Mike is the man. Seriously this is the most professional locksmith I have ever worked with. He was friendly, professional and the flat-rate pricing model they use is industry changing. It is so nice to know, up front, what we would spend. He was on-time, communicated clearly and had a great text message and payment system. Could not be more thrilled and will recommend Mike going forward for any needs I, or anyone I know, have.
Upon meeting him, I already felt a positive vibe. He has awesome customer service and like other reviews, he is really quick and efficient. He can also do transponder keys which was a surprise to me. I always thought the dealership were the only ones to do it. Highly recommend Ossining.
They showed up quickly, with no hassle. They got my car key transponder reprogrammed with no issues. The guy was very quick, professional and friendly. The price was reasonable and everything was above my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone.
Great service! I had a blonde moment last night, I was at a church outing (fun, games, live music, etc.) I have two kids. I put my keys on top of the vehicle and didn't realize it. Spent the rest of the night looking for them thinking I must have set them down on a table. Finally had to call this company, the gentleman (Mike) came, made the key and at the last minute someone put their hand on top of the truck and voila! Found the keys! Still had to pay a fee but wasn't nearly as bad as it could have been. Thanks again!
Had to have my mailbox rekeyed. The sales reps were very respectful and prompt in scheduling me in the same day. The locksmiths gave me a heads up when they were arriving and completed the job successfully. Their price is also very reasonable. I will recommend them in a heartbeat
