I truly enjoy my experience every time I go to Laser Luxury in Briarcliff Manor, NY. Trisha does her best to accommodate my hectic work schedule and when I reach out her response time is almost immediate. I have been coming here for years for the best facials. This place is very welcoming and not to mention very clean which is a real concern during Covid-19. Trisha thanks for your wonderful customer service and running a great business. Major kudos!

I must say I really Loved this place. It was my first time my 13year old son got a facial. He was very happy with his results. Wearing a face mask did a number on his skin by his nose. Trisha was professional, informative and very sweet. I had the cool sculptuing for my chin which is hereditary. Totally worth it. Will definitely be returning for all my skincare needs.I'm posting photos of My actual procedure and what I looked like immediately after. It's been just 2days and the slight bruising is basically gone.

Lupe has been such a caring and knowledgable esthetician. She has made my experience very pleasant and comfortable. I have received laser treatment and a facial done by her and have been happy with my results. The location is so relaxing and chic. Found my favorite spa! (Also this is the Briarcliff location).

Okay this place is the WORST place for customer service. the Owner is actually TERRIBLE. I went to an urgent care to get COVID testing done today because I have a risk of exposure.nI want to be responsible and not come in until my test results are back. Still charges 25 dollar cancellation fee for my appointment (and I've been a customer for over a year). Trisha is a horrible human being with no sympathy - does not know how to run a successful business. dont just base it off these reviews. less than 3 stars on yelp...
