I called them to disconnect a hardwired appliance and fix up the connected panel. They were also extremely prompt and professional. They also cleaned the area before circuiting the new outlet; a very safe operation. I was satisfied with the result.

For example, instead of providing a flat fee for just diagnostic testing of a couple outlets (like a competitor company did), they charged by the hour for diagnostic testing, which was a much more rational approach and ended up saving us costs in diagnostic testing.
