Great experience from start to finish with Duro. Friendly, informative and responsive office staff. Jason came by to assess the work and provide an estimate - Duro was very competitive and had a better reputation than other suppliers that estimated the work. They were also recommended by neighbors on the Nextdoor app.nnTeam arrived on time as scheduled and completed the work which included furnishing and installing the 50amp wiring for a portable generator as well as running new thermostat lines from both the attic and furnace room.nnWork was cleanly installed and area was swept clean upon departure. I highly recommend the Duro team!

We had a great experience with Duro Electrical Contracting. We asked for a multitude of tasks to be completed and the representatives were all thorough and very helpful throughout the entire process. The electricians themselves were very professional, friendly and cleaned up after finishing the work. What a great experience. I called them on a recommendation from my management company and they were right on target. Gian, my service person was on time, professional, respectful of Covid-19 by wearing a mask, gloves and booties and explained everything to me in detail. What an EASY and fantastic company to work with. From the minute I had contact with them, they were more than professional. Whether it was Evamarie and the office team getting my quote out in a timely manner, or Jason and the team of two gentleman who came out and reviewed and installed what I need to keep me and mine safe when power is out, Duro is the way to go! We had them install the outside plug for a portable generator until we have to get a more permanent solution. They were friendly, but focused on the task of updating the panel and putting in the outdoor plug. The work is impeccable, and they took me through every step I need to take to get the generator up and working when the power goes out. In a world full of jerks, these guys stood out—not all vendors are created equal, and Duro is an outstanding example. If you're thinking of/need something done that's electrical, give them a call!

I've now used Duro twice, once for a faulty heating thermostat and another for a broken fuse box on a heater/AC unit. Both the office staff and techs are prompt and courteous, and especially careful to wear masks and gloves. In addition, Jason, the owner, provided a very reasonable estimate for a home power generator which I plan to purchase. They're really good!
