Great experience! I recently switched from Riley Volvo in Stamford to this dealer for a warranty repair. Miguel is a super professional and friendly service advisor! The loaner was very very clean! I’m not sure if they service cars on Saturday but definitely you can drop off and pick up on Saturday. My car was returned to me sparkling clean inside and out, they even shined my tires! Thank you Volvo Cars White Plains!

My experience at Volvo of White Plains was wonderful from start to finish. Michelle Rodriguez was very professional and helpful. I got the exact vehicle I wanted at an amazing price and couldn't be happier! I would definitely recommend this dealership. Dimitri the finance manager was equally awesome.

Service was great! It was easier to lease vehicle over the phone than in person. I have been leasing my cars for years and to be fair I knew I would lease with Volvo again, but it only took 3 phone calls to get everything squared away. Stephanie Wei was my sales rep, she was courteous and very flexible and accommodating. She brought the car and paperwork for me to sign to my home. No gimmicks, no back and forth on pricing, no let me talk to my manager and no need to talk to multiple people to get a good deal. Highly recommend them.

Excellent communication. Car returned clean and neat. Work appears to have been done very competently and completely. Expensive but worth every penny as I know the work by these folks on my Volvo can be trusted. ... updated review: another excellent experience. This time used valet pickup and return. Worked perfectly pickup and drpoff driver was super competent, polite and helpful. Advisor was great with communications and setting up all arrangements. Car came back right at the time specified and washed, vacuumed and like brand new. And the work, as usual was perfect. Job we’ll done all the way around.
