The first car I ever drove and personally own is a Lincoln Hybrid MKz. The sales team is dynamic, and highly knowledgeable within their respective departments. I really enjoy working with them!nnMy most recent experience was a service repair. The service manager, Jag Singh worked diligently to get me a loaner vehicle while my car was being serviced.nnService like theirs is what keeps me coming back. I look forward to working with the team to get into my next dream vehicle. Manager, Jay Reyes has consistently demonstrated that he truly has the best interest of the consumer in mind.nnI highly recommend White Plains Lincoln sales and service!

Wonderful dealership! This is the fifth car I’ve bought from them and as always, a very positive and excellent experience. My salesman, Anthony Paladino, is such a nice man. Very patient and helpful. He spends so much time helping me choose the right vehicle, and when I pick it up, he spends time to go over all the new details and features, and show me how everything works. And he doesn’t forget you once the sale is over. I can call anytime and he will answer my questions or concerns.The service department is the absolute best. Any problem at all, (not many!) and they come to my house, pick up my car, bring me a loaner car, service mine quickly and return it, not only are the problems resolved but the car is cleaned inside and out! I don’t even consider any other make than Lincoln when i need a new car.nCan’t say enough good things about White Plains Lincoln!

I had a great experience dealing with this dealership. I got the car that I wanted. Luis Diaz was my salesperson. He was very easy to work with and very quick to answer my texts and emails. Same for the general manager and financial department. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a car in the Lincoln line. Thanks again.

From the time I showed interest in my new 2021 Lincoln Aviator, Lincoln of White Plains was on it. They contacted be and had Luis waiting when I walked in. Luis went above and beyond through the whole process. Robert in financing was very thorough and explained everything. I highly recommend the folks at Lincoln White Plains
