While driving to Pleasantville from our home in CT, our car experienced an issue with the alternator. Without an appointment, or calling ahead, we were seen and taken care of by Rose Mary in less then 30 min. She was extremely professional and very helpful. The work was done in the promised timeframe, she stayed in regular contact with us, and the price for the repairs were in line with her original estimates. In addition to the above, she was able to secure a loan vehicle for us, which saved us from quite a hassle of renting a vehicle. This service and dealership has some genuinely honest, caring and professional people, and I highly recommend them.

Went recently (02/2021) for my Subaru Forester 198,000 mile checkup. Recommendations made, I approved charges before any work done including state inspection. Work completed by time promised. Satisfied with work done. Rosemarie is a gem: great communicator, professional & nice. Raised 4 to 5 stars because even the phone call is passed along, everyone is nice & tries to find info or connect to correct person. Highly recommend for servicing.

Great service, super friendly. I bought my very first Subaru and I fell absolutely in love! Got my rate below one percent!! I was astonished. I would highly recommend Prestige. Best car dealership to deal with. Make sure you ask for Anthony! He’s excellent!

Two different departments are mixed into these reviews, sales and service. My review is on sales. I was earnest in my desire to buy a Subaru. The sales rep seemed to throw every obstacle my way. I was told that they weren’t making anymore 2021 in this model, that whatever was left wasn’t in the color that I wanted, given some figures of what needed to be put up front, and that car I finally agreed upon had to be picked up immediately upon arrival.. Finally went to another Subaru dealer who said none of this and got my #1 choice. It was such a bizarre experience.
