Excellent facility, clean equipment, and a personable staff. Kudos to the reception crew for being so kind when I needed flexible scheduling. And many thanks to Erica the physical therapist for getting me back able to work (and fun) without pain again :)
Nice facility. It is a gym and used for physical therapy. They have free coffee. They go over exercises and do workmans comp. They have locker rooms there also.
Everyone is great the physical therapist and the office crew! Make you feel welcome and treat you like they care!!
Overall the gym has good equipment but the staff is Horrible! I usually go to the Y in penfield but this gym is so much closer to my house so i went to go check it out. I walked in to the receptionist abbey, on her phone and not knowing what she's doing. I think they need to work on their customer service, hopefully it gets better.
