Adirondack Safari

I can't say enough great things about this experience. We just got back today and I've already told every person I've seen today that they MUST book this vacation!! The staff and owners are so friendly, and make sure that you have everything you need. They put on such an awesome array of events/things to do that are kid friendly AND fun for adults. The tubing was right near the campsites and the river was so refreshing and a perfect lazy ride on a hot day!nThe tent itself is roomy and the beds are incredibly comfortable! They provide all the necessities for luxury camping. The part that made the biggest impression on me was the genuine feeling of being welcome. They put a lot of care and consideration into making sure you have a great time -- from really fun and funny Bingo to a silent disco that is great for kids or adults...you should most definitely book this vacation; you will be so happy that you did! It was a great way to unplug and just have a good time. We can't wait to make this a summer tradition. My kids were so sad to leave! We enjoyed our stay. Tents were nice and clean. Beds were comfy. The evening activities like bingo, movies,silent disco and the Native American storytelling and dance were all excellent. The staff are very good there. Things I believe that could help improve the visit especially if you have children would be a small playground, swing set, sandboxes would be easy fixes. More trees would be awesome for shade, offering a longer tubing trip down the river would be nice also. The campgrounds have only been operational for 5 years so I believe it will grow and offer even better experiences as it grows.

Former tent camper married to a non camper! It took 25 yrs to get him to try camping again and we both loved it! Perfect compromise. No hassle with set up. Too old for that! Staff was so attentive but not intrusive. Clean. Can't say enough about the height of tents and the comfort of the beds.Really appreciated the tour upon arrival so you know what's going on. Silent disco is a blast. Will be back and bring the grown kids. Family friendly for all ages.

This place is fantastic! The people who work here are incredible- they were so welcoming and genuinely could not do enough! The entertainment was fun - loved the bingo, silent disco and movies. We got to do some art. The river is right next to the site - tubing was so relaxing. The kids loved fishing and going out on a boat. The tents are very comfortable. Amenities were clean.nnThis trip was part of our 3 week trip to the US and Canada and this place was certainly a highlight!

Stayed here for my birthday and it couldn’t have been better! Staff was amazing, attentive and helpful- wanted to make sure everyone had a good time. Amenities were clean, spacious and comfortable. Lots to do right on the grounds, we didn’t even feel the need to leave the camp site other than a quick food run! Definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat!
