Lake George Riverview Campground

This place it's great! We had planned to stay for two days and we ended up staying two weeks. Nice facilities, a small private beach, walking distance to most necessities and fire rings at each space. We made this our hub because there's just so much to see and do within an hour or two. Mike the manager was very friendly and obviously takes a lot of pride in keeping the park nice. We would definitely stay here again!

What a great campground! We stayed in site N30 with electric and water hookup. Right on the water- beautiful view. Quiet and nice size lot. Vicky was friendly and helpful at checkin. And they offer propane and Mike took care of filling our tank when we left.nClose to Lake George and lots of trail for hiking nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Its beautiful down by the water and we enjoyed one of your new sites that had a new picnic table, firering and graveled parking for your RV/camper.nI found just 2 faults. If you come here in the summer time and expect to go swimming in a pool think again. It's only big enough for 15 people to be in there comfortably. They need to add another pool. The 2nd fault is that the bathroom we used in the morning was freezing, I mean like its 35 degrees this morning. A window I stead of a screen the window would have really helped and maybe some heat would be nice but, over all it's a great place.nI wish I could add pictures, they views were beautiful.

The campground spots are to small . I did not have fire because it was to close to the next camper . The couple we went with had a small spot to and the had a travel trailer. The pictures on the website look like bigger spots . I only had a popup camper and it seemed small . People are nice and bathrooms are mostly clean . However if I go back to Lake George going to try so where different. Not bad place , but no 5 stars .

Very quiet campground with a wonderful view of the river. Mike and the staff in the office were very welcoming and friendly. The downside is that the sites are very small and very close together. As a matter of fact the sewer connection for the site next to us is is about 4 feet onto our site. So far no neighbors, but certainly wouldn't want their sewer hose next to our picnic table.
