Warrensburg Travel Park - Camping near Lake George

We love it there. Can’t wait to “go home”. Carl is a good owner and looks out for his campers.

We were here in July and there were parties everywhere and the little old lady that owned the place was a joke. Stayed here this weekend with friends and the new owner has changed this place so much already it's wonderful I even had one of the security men help me fix the knob on the faucet in the bathroom of my camper at 1230 in the morning he had all the tools on his golf Cart plus another handle he put right on there and it worked great. My friends and my family are looking forward to coming back next year.

This place was nice during the week butnVery noisy Friday nite and Saturday. There was golf carts flying past our campsite . People drunk and partying on the beach and loud music all around us til 3:00 am saturday morning. If you want to go here make sure you go during the week. Otherwise, the staff was courteous and very friendly.

Nice campground but the owner was on a rampage. Kicking out campers left and right. The owner would drive up and just stare...so creepy. He had the police called into the campground on 2 occasions. Police cars flying through the roads. Too much drama for us.

This was a super clean campground. The sites, bathrooms, showers, pool, small dog parks, everything was well taken care of. The staff was so tentative and helpful. It was also only minutes from downtown but you didn't have to deal with the downtown traffic since it had its own exit off 87. Highly recommend camping here if your looking in the lake george area. We had zero complaints!
