Apparently camp sites are a thing where privatization makes sense (God forbid, our government put money into parks!)nnThis place was great, and the facilities were immaculate.nnBe warned, the showers take quarters and it'll cost you $3 for 8 minutes (I think it was 8 minutes) of water.nnOr you can rag/sink the basics.
Clean simple place. Location location location
The campsite was perfect, amenities were in great shape, and staff was super helpful and friendly. You couldn't hope for a better place to launch off from to climb at the Gunks.
Really awesome beginner campground. Great for families, climbers, and of course for families of climbers.
Great facilities. Okay, the price for non AAC members is a bit high, but the sites are nice.
