If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I drove down to see a car from Utica, 1.5 hours away from this place. Had it on record that I was coming. When I got there, the car was in Syracuse being driven by his wife. Not only was it waste of my time, when he offered to drive it up to be viewed in my area, he canceled the morning of because he didn't have a dealers plate. Seems incompetent.nnYou could have just replied to me via google review the first time, as a professional would. Instead you decided to text me and ask me to take down some comments because I hurt your feelings. Also you said you knew about the plate on Monday. Should have called and let me know then. Again I said that you SEEM incompetent. That is my opinion.
Driving my new to me used 2015 Toyota Camry. Easy to deal with, handled all financing with my local bank. Accepted my trade. All his cars are clean, and ready to go, most have new tires and brakes and 2 keys. Family owned and operated and the money stays on the local economy. Shop local and save!
