Mostly paying for the location at this place. Fish wasn't fresh and very overpriced. But at least I got to look at boats while I ate.

This place has CHANGED! Now you have to pay $10 to park. Last year you paid $5 and they gave you $5 off your bill. Charging for parking is crazy! The the three of us ordered lunch. Lobster roll was bland and very tiny for $28 dollars. Another had dried out fried fish, and third person had mussels the size of a nickel. I ordered an unsweetened ice tea for $3.50. When I tried to get my drink they said they were out of it. I could use the soda fountain. There was no unsweetened iced tea at the soda machine. I asked for my money back and they kids behind the county were dazed and confused. I had to get the manager to straighten this out.nnNew owners are ripping off customers. I don’t mind paying good money for good food but I draw the line at this bad experience.nnThe view was great so 2 stares.

Staff was very nice and attentive, food was good. It was a little expensive, lunch for two people was $100, but to be fair we had 2 lobster roll, soup and clams where the lobster rolls were $60 alone, but that's normal. The menu has a good amout of choices to pick from The atmosphere is nice. We ate outside and watched the boats go by which was very nice and relaxing. I would definitively go back there.

Fantastic food, good atmosphere. Our orders of clam strips and popcorn shrimp were a little light on the clam strips and popcorn shrimp and a little heavy on the french fries (they were mostly french fries honestly...)nnCorn was amazing! Sweet and cooked perfectly.

Cool little spot by the water for some casual eats. Food was on point. Stuffed baked clams are stuffed to the gills with very little filler and nice bite size pieces of tender clam, the lobster had nice chunks of fresh Longstreet near as well as while claw pieces as well. Calamari was nicely flashed fried and tender and came with both tartar and marinara sauce. Staff taking orders need to be given better instructions to tell customers... She told us seating was first come first served which was so not true and we got barked out by some older woman working there when we were trying to be nice and give our seat to a family waiting in line to order next. We were also told to take our meal purchase receipt to the bar to get drinks, she neglected to say that the fountain soda machine was by the ordering counter and her original instruction was for alcohol drinks only. Regardless this was a pleasant experience, albeit a little pricey, but still worth another visit.
