In Balance Pilates is a true gem located in Sag Harbor, NY! Welcoming to newcomers of all experience levels, Lesa and her staff are incredible instructors who have helped me feel stronger, leaner, more flexible, and longer than I ever have before. Their classes pull me out of my mental mode from my work day, which I really need! Their approach is an intense focus on ensuring your body is getting the most out of the exercises, which means you are getting more benefit from the effort and the results follow. The additional bonus is that they are delightful people who truly care about creating a healthier you. In Balance Studio ranks very high on my all-time list of things I am thankful for in my life. The studio is bright, airy and exceptionally clean with plenty of room to move around.

I love In Balance Pilates Studio! I went for my first private lesson and the instructor immediately recognized ailments in my body that I need to remedy. They have helped me develop a workout routine customized to my own body and needs! Clean and comfortable environment with friendly, educated, and helpful staff! Highly recommended.
