If you want a taste of the French Riviera but you're stuck in US - go to this spot. I feel like I'm in South France every time I come here.
This is used to be called Sunset Beach. It is now called Crescent Beach, situated across from (the closed) Sunset Hotel. But Sunset and Crescent are the same place. Parking is super close to sand, water calm and warm.
We have been many times, staff is very nice and our server was excellent. Food was excellent this past Saturday. We are both vegan and it was no issue at all. The fact that they allow us to dine with our Newfoundland Dog is priceless to us. We will be returning soon!
My husband and I will always be so grateful to Sunset Beach for saving our wedding! 6 weeks before our big day we got a call from Surf Lodge in Montauk that their pipes had burst and they wouldn’t be able to reopen in time for our wedding. Thankfully Sunset Beach agreed to open a weekend early to host our wedding and the whole team there made sure that we felt at ease and that everything transitioned to the new venue seamlessly. Thanks to the staff at Sunset Beach our wedding was even more magical than expected, everything from the hotel rooms to the service and the food were perfect! All of our guests were so impressed with the venue and had a blast paddle boarding the day after. We were so impressed by how organized everything was and definitely recommend Sunset Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful beach front wedding!
