I have nothing but great things to say about Shawn and Elite Home Inspections. I called last minute to get a home inspection done and Shawn was able to get into the home this past Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He provided me with a thorough and honest report. I am a first time home buyer and he talked/walked me through everything and advised me on what to do. For example, I needed to get a plumber in the house to give me an estimate regarding some serious issues found and he gave me a number to call and the plumber was there within the hour. I was very impressed. I felt confident in his work, knowledge, and advice he provided. Thank you, Shawn!

Shawn was great for both of my home inspections I have used him for. I don’t live in the area but was comfortable with him doing the inspection and going over the report with me on the phone. He was very thorough and went over all my concerns and even has some of the best recommendations for things that need to be fixed. Shawn was brilliant right from our first interaction. He made me comfortable about not being physically present at the time of inspection (I live 4 hrs away) and also guided me on the various tests to be performed.
