I love this place!! Always great service, fresh food and it's clean!! The turkey burger is amazing and the onion rings are my favorite. Some people think that they are a little salty but I disagree.

Hubby brought home a crispy sandwich for me and he had a burger and my daughter had chicken tenders. The burger tasted old according to him. My chicken sandwich was too hard and dry to finish. The fries also tasted old. This was my first time eating from Smash Burger. Quite disappointed. On a semi good noted my daughter’s food was okay.

Nice people tasty food. Can be a little more expensive but occasionally have good deals or fix a craving. They also have a reward program when you do buy you can sign up for.

With a delivery charge of $8, plus a tip for the driver, and supposedly direct from Clifton Park Smashburger - not through a second party delivery service, I ordered right off their website, what a complete disappointment! The food was left OUTSIDE the building on the steps, with ZERO notification that it had arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected-they had my phone number and email address! Needless to say everything was ICE COLD! I asked for and paid for extra sauces, and no sauces whatsoever were included in the delivery. Don't waste your time or your money...I certainly won't be ordering from here again!

I called to place an order and I explained that we have an egg and milk allergy. She (the person taking the order) said that the burger does not have eggs or milk. I made sure to ask again and again she said there was no milk or eggs. I got home and checked the website, there is milk in the burger buns. I called and spoke to the manager and she indeed confirmed there is milk in the buns. The manager I spoke to was very unapologetic. The rest of the food was good but if you have an allergy do your part and verify from the website’s allergen menu.
