Worst Moe's location I have ever been. I ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived and called the store, they said to come in and that they do not offer curbside pickup. My meal wasn't even ready. They continued to make me wait while they prepared my order. When I got home, I saw that part of my order was missing and I still got charged. I called back and spoke to the DM. He apologized and confirmed that they do offer curbside pickup, but the manager and employees still would tell customers that they do not. He offered me a refund to make up for the inconveniences but never refunded the money. I called back a couple of weeks later and spoke to Amber. She took my information and said the manager would return my call to address my concern about the refund. ----Stay away, do not go here!

Absolutely DISGUSTING! I threw it away. Just terrible quality. Our stacks were super flat, with the tiniest bit of food in them. Chips are stale. Everything was soggy and bland. I’ll never order here again unless I need to induce vomiting.

Almost everything in our order was burnt to a crisp. Even the bacon inside the burnt quesadilla was burnt. This never happens at any other Moe's. I should have listened to all the other reviews.

Ordered $43.00 of food for pickup and included a $6.00 tip and when I got home, I only received 1/2 of my order. I called and spoke with a clerk who told me she couldn't give me a refund, so I left my number for the manager who hasn't called me back. Terrible customer service. Why do they take your phone number for an order? If you knew I didn't pick up my entire order, why didn't someone call me to tell me that?
