Thad was my service technician. He was prompt in arrival, wore a mask with COVID, and took the time to listen to my issues. He spent several hours with me to determine the source of the hot water issues I was having. He made multiple phone calls to determine if my system would be compatible with the nest thermostat and what was needed to make it compatible. He was friendly with my dogs. I didn't feel like my questions were too dumb because he took time to answer me with patience. And when I had an issue later, he addressed it promptly.nIt's the customer care and service that makes companies stand apart from others. And that's why I'll continue to do business with A Johnson.
