Vince is amazing! He is the nicest guy and cares about his service. Ian is an awesome cook too. The food is always good when he is working. Their wraps are my favorite in the area and their portions are pretty big.
Been a loyal customer of Primos for over 4 years. Lately, their pizza has not been good quality. Tonight, the cheese pizza barely had cheese on it and was warm upon delivery.nI dont like to complain. But if you're paying $17 for a large pie, it should be decent.
Had an issue with other employees here with communication . Owner is understanding and a sweetheart .
Very inconsistent. I have ordered the pizza and had it be very good, other times not so much. Ordered 2 pizzas and wings last night. Asked for wings to be extra crispy. They told me 45 minutes to an hour. It arrived in 35 minutes with the wings and one of the pizzas undercooked. Only 2 flats in a double order of wings. I ended up cooking the pizza longer and tossing out the wings. I don't think I'll be ordering again any time soon.
Absolutely horrible experience. Walk in to not one employee wearing masks. Smacking gum. Leaning on the counter. Order two specials and was charged full price. Girl at the counter had mo odea wjat she was doing. Then told food would be ready in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later still no food. When we finally got the food put it in my car. Get home to both containers not sealed properly and sauce all over the back seat of my car. Absolutely disappointed. Food was very tastey but the staff absolutely horrible.
