I came to Club Pilates (Clifton Park,NY) to work on my flexibility but I left every class with much more. Their trainers really take the time to make sure you are doing all the movements correctly and also educate you on how each movement improves overall body functionality. Initially, I told myself I’d take one class to try it out. One class turned to two, two to three and all of a sudden I realized I was hooked! I began waking up with no aches or pains and became more aware of my posture all thanks to taking an hour out of my day and heading over for a class. I would recommend Club Pilates to any and all whether you are looking to work on flexibility or simply improve overall health.
I love, love, love my pilates classes. I finally found exercise that I look forward to doing. Great staff, all of whom are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, friendly and protective to ensure the safety of each of us. I'm on my second year with Club Pilates in Clifton Park and I'm so grateful I explored the Intro class which brought me now to well over 100 classes.
Tried Pilates to get help with my core stability, ended up staying because of the staff and environment. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, they look to get to know you one on one and help you along the way at your pace. Would highly recommend!!

I had my introductory class this morning with Karen and lived it. Everyone here is very welcoming. I will be going back again!!!!
