Very good selection of bridesmaids dresses but AWFUL customer service. The man working there (assume he might have been the owner) had three ladies trying things on and couldn’t be bothered to leave the front desk to answer questions or help any of us. Hw was just looking at his phone the whole time. I will not be buying my dress from here

Finding my wedding dress at Jocelynn's Bridal was such a fun experience! Sofia was so helpful, and made me feel comfortable and confident. She helped me find the perfect dress!

We used Jocelynn's Bridal for our wedding dresses. They were so helpful and accommodating for two brides getting ready to celebrate their big day. They helped us find the perfect dresses. They even helped our bridesmaid find a dress last minute while still getting all of our alterations done. We definitely recommend them for getting the right dress!

The day that I tried on wedding dresses a young woman helped us, she was very kind, patient and helped me narrow down my choices a lot. Walked out with the dress picked out and ordered within two hours from arriving.nToday I went in just to try on the dress and make sure everything was correct since alterations are a few months away - The man that was there was very kind and helpful too. Wasn't in my face or overwhelming like you'll get at some dress places. He gave me my space and just came around when I needed/asked for help. He even took some pictures for me on my phone.
