Hello!nI’m not sure who to contact, but I’m sitting in front of your store trying to pick up my daughters stick they we dropped off last week to be restrung. The store is closed at it is 5:36pm. We were told it would be done on Monday we called and it wasn’t done. I was told to come back yesterday after 1pm as it was the next in line to be done by the girl that was coming in at 11. We came at 3:30pm, not only was her stick not done, it wasn’t even in the store, “the girl” took it home. I came back today as I was promised it would be here. It is 5:36pm, the store open sign is in the window and no one is here. I’ve called the number listed and it goes to a personal voicemail box that is full.nnI don’t know what has happened to this store. We’ve been very loyal customers for 3 kids that all play LAX over many years.nnEDITED TO ADD: I changed my 1 star review to 3 stars. After calling the corporate number I did receive a call back. They did apologize and the stick was hand delivered to my home and apology made by the local manger at no cost.

Great store, lots of options, high quality gear. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Recommend going here for all your lax needs.

Took a couple of month's to get the Shield 600 Goalie Chest Protector to the store to see how it fit but now it seems the staff is more helpful and trys to help you find what would fit you amazing selection of goalie equipment!!!

They strung a ECD DNA head for me and it turned out amazing!

What the heck happened to this place? It feels like an empty attic at times.... I was an avid shopper here, but I can’t say I’ll be back. Within the last 6 months or so, it just seems to be let go. Inventory is practically the same. Ordering never comes in for the shaft my son wants. My daughter can’t seem to get the stringing she wants, the way she wants... disappointing.nnLast years manager was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. Nicki is a great help as well.... but other than that, what happened...?nnSorry Universal, this Shen mother is going elsewhere from now on...
