I went to picked up my sister’s prescription today. The woman working at the pharmacy was very rude, not sure if she was having a bad day but be more courteous to people. She had on a Cheetah print face mask. She slammed my change on the table and didn’t asked if I had a CVS card. If you don’t like working at the pharmacy change jobs.
Great customer service! The store is kept very clean and sanitary for guests entering. They have self checkout which is very convenient.
They filled my daughter's prescription wrong and when I asked why she's coming up short how much are you giving her the amount listed 6ml well then there will be enough so I checked and said il look right now click got hung up on after this fill due to needing it special I will will be finding another pharmacy this one has become awful
The pharmacist Ashley is very patient and courteous.
Never a problem to walk-in and refill in a reasonable amount of time to get through the system of checks and balances that seem silly for a bottle of drops that doesn't get repackaged... But I digress, and they do offer the best they can and everyone I've talked to is personable and in some cases VERY happy to work. I don't use it but people seem unhappy as a whole that they lost the govt prescription plan contract...
