I brought my 2016 Accord Touring here over the summer to have a brake noise rectified. Brian and his team were professional, the services were competitively priced, and they quickly fixed the issue. Everything was great. Starting with calling to make an appointment ..William was so kind and professional. Great customer Service. Then to Gary who helped me through the process with detailed explanation for what needed to be fixed.. Then Jen was so lovely she offered me a ride when I dropped off the car thinking I was walking. When I was not. Never have I ever had someone at a garage offer that to me. Amazing customer service.As well as so professional. What a great crew of people. promptness was extraordinary I will continue to use this facility. Thank you all so much.nnStacey.

I recently bought a used Vehicle from Rowland street garage , Larry was very quick to get me on the road the same day as purchase !!! After a couple weeks of owning the car , I noticed a few minor issues , I brought back to have them take a look at what was going on . Brian and his team worked very quick to isolate the problems and make the necessary repairs at no cost to get me back on the road . So for anyone looking for a quality used vehicle I would highly recommend checking out thier lot , they have a great selection and charge very reasonable prices !!

Last month, my car started leaking oil, so I called the garage to schedule an appt. I spoke with Brian and he was extremely accommodating. He went absolutely above and beyond. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience; Rowland Street Garage truly cares when it comes to their customers.
