So far so good. Chris Horn was great to deal with and has checked in to see if I am enjoying the jeep. Looking forward to dealing with Zappone. Willing to drive a little further for a dealership that treats you like they want your business rather than jerking you around. Would highly recommend.
I purchased my first Jeep last year at Zappone Jeep and my sales rep Bill was AMAZING! He was great to work with. The whole team was kind and helpful. I just brought the Jeep in for an oil change this morning and once again GREAT experience. Excellent attention to customer service and Jessica N, my service advisor, was so professional and kind. Wonderful experience and happy customer! This is my second time leasing with Zappone and can most definitely say I will be returning! Staff is very kind and helpful - also very down to earth! You can tell they want to get you the best deal possible! They make it feel like they are working with you rather than many dealers whom work against you. No hidden fees and very transparent and honest with you (which is hard to find in many sales people these days). Followed all COVID-19 safety measures and most of the process was done Via online communication (which was very convenient), you can also go in person which is helpful! I worked with Carl Harris for my lease and he made the process so seamless and easy! He worked extremely hard to find the right car for me and get the payments down to what I could afford! Carl is very personable and kind and was very helpful through this process (as was everyone I encountered at Zappone). Buying or leasing a car is a major investment and can often times be a very stressful one, so do yourself a favor and try Zappone - I promise you won’t regret it! From start to finish the experience was relaxed and comfortable. Our sales rep. Carl was informative and helpful. He called 2 days later to make sure we were still happy and to see if there were any questions that we needed answered. I went to Zappone because they have always treated me good when bringing my van in for repairs. They are thorough, friendly, and upfront. When going to buy my new van everyone was great and straightforward from the sales people, to finance, and cashier. I would highly recommend Zappone to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle or just looking to have repairs done. They are wonderful and honest.
