i have had the worse experience with these people. Two different days they claimed no one was at the address for them to deliver and put a door tag in my mailbox. They never even knocked at the door cause someone was home both times. They are supposed to be trying to deliver again today. Hopefully driver not lazy today.
Very nice staff who made sure I was able to receive my package. I know now that the best way to get my packages delivered is through FedEx.
My package requires a signature so I signed the fist door tag. I came home today thinking my package would be on my porch. I thought wrong. On my door next to the signed door tag was the second attempt door tag. Seriously? Called customer service they put complaint in and told me to expect a call from here. Hours later no call.
They said they tried to deliver my package today but no one was home. Where is my door tag? Also I have my door bell attached to my phone and it never went off. Clearly they are lying. Now I have to go tomorrow to get my package or wait until Tuesday and if I am not home what happens then...They are so lazy and don't want to lift heavy boxes.
The worst place .... They never have a straight answer. They say that my package is late because of the holidays when ups and usps deliverd all my packages on time with no problem. I will never use FedEx for shipping anything!
