Palisades Center Ice Rink

Great rink. Good hockey programs. Awesome location.

The Skating schedule on the website does is not accurate with what the schedule at the rink actually is. I showed up today for a 3:30 stick time and they said that despite the website saying that there was a 3:30 stick time, they will not be having it until 4:45. I don't know if I will ever go back to this rink becuase I can't be driving a half hour just to be turned away for no reason.

The ice facility is perfect-

Alright I come here due to the convenience of It being at the mall. The positive is the ice is always good and they are consistent with cleaning it. Unfortunately we have a problem; there needs to be more workers enforcing the skating rules. On free skating sessions, everyone needs to skate in the same direction because well if someone turns around and going the wrong direction, people fall... I have not fallen on skates in over three years until yesterday for this reason. Unacceptable.... have people enforcing the rules because one cannot just turn around and skate the wrong direction. Now my rear end hurts and I NEVER FALL this ruined my streak. Secondly people think they can just have skating sessions during this time and they end up skating against the flow. Yes kids will practice with a coach and collide with free skaters since they aren’t skating the simple circle like everyone else. I will not stand for that. This happens again, I’m saying something because it is ridiculous have workers facilitating basic rules so people like me don’t have to spend their time dodging kids who don’t know left from right. Improve please!

I came with my son on his day off and we had such a nice time. It was pretty empty and the ice was smooth. It was a little colder in than I expected but with a coat we were just fine. we skated for about 1.5 hours and it was a perfect indoor winter activity. We really enjoyed.
