This is the best customer service we have ever received. 4 other technicians in the Rockland area told me they were coming and all canceled after an hour. That’s 4 hours I didn’t have access to my car. At 6pm I found Hector - and he came, text me to assure me he’s on his way, came within an hour and made me a new key for my Lexus! He went above and beyond. God bless and thanks!!
I called Hector Thursday afternoon and he came out the very next day. Hector came right to my house and programmed a spare key fob for me. He also cut a key for me for the door locks. Fob works perfectly and service was much cheaper than dealership.
I needed a new car ignition cylinder for my 01 Saturn & Hector was very patient & understanding.nnAfter having a previous locksmith tell me he couldn't do the job Hector came in CLUTCH! On time & very affordable ; 10/10 Recommend his service !
