She fried my curls qand damaged my hair. It got stringy and dry and broke off in some places.nand I inquired on what she would recommend to help it...all she said was it needs to grow out she didnt even attempt to reschedule my appointment after covid shutdown to help me. and a year and half later my hair is still growing trying to get my long curls back

Where do I begin?! What a fantastic salon. This is the BEST service I have received in my life! The appointment process is simple and I never have to wait. Most times I walk in and go right to the sink. The shop is clean and has welcoming decor. All COVID procedures are being followed and I'm confident that the distance apart and cleaning procedures are top notch. All the products used on my hair smell amazing! My hair looks gorgeous when I'm done. I've gotten countless compliments on how healthy and pretty my hair looks. I adore Ziggy and her staff. She takes her business seriously and that means a lot to me. You can tell all the staff are trained the same and she requires consistency. I've had four different people wash my hair and if I had to tell them apart, I couldn't. When you get a deep conditioner they massage your scalp... I repeat, massage your scalp, not just slap the product in your hair like some places. That massage is amazing, I always want it to last longer. I personally can't stand when I leave a salon and my shirt is wet; I HATE dripping wet hair. Guess what, not going to happen here! They tuck everything in properly with the towel and cape. During one service I had a hoodie on and it wasn't wet when I was finished. I honestly can't say enough positive things about Ziggy and this establishment. Highly recommended! If you want a stylist thay truly cares about your hair, your time, and YOU as a person, this is your spot. Never again will I wait at a salon like they are doing me a favor. They also do my 11 year old daughters hair and she has a very sensitive scalp. She also gives 5 stars. So glad I found this salon!
