I’m going to give this gym a solid 3 stars because there is room for improvement. I signed up for the 10 day trial knowing the bad reviews. I wanted to assess myself since the gym seemed to fit many of my needs. So far, the first few days have been extremely positive. The issues in the women’s locker room have been addressed, the gym is very clean, and the two classes I have taken were high energy with good instructors. The baby sitting services are also a major plus. I spoke with the GM today, who told me he has only been at this location for 6 months and is dedicated to making major changes, which can be clearly seen. The only issue so far is there needs to be more classes, especially a early 6 am class to accommodate the before work crowd. If that were to happen, I would bump up the rating. My opinion...do not count this place out because the new management seems to be dedicated to making a difference in the quality of this gym. I hope to see more positive changes as time goes on.

Wish I could do no stars. Went to this gym for over 2 years. Had a personal trainer who I loved. Cancelled my membership and everything to do with this gym with an employee (who later quit) due to relocating. 3 months after my cancellation my debit card gets hit for $2800 (yes you read that number right) I go to speak to the new manager (after this gym having no management for months) who told me there’s nothing he can do. I called corporate and they told me the manager would be the only one to do something. The manager didn’t care and sent me on my way. No one ever contacted me that I apparently owed this amount but the head trainer put in faulty notes that he tried reaching me. I use my Phone for work so I answer all my calls, if he tried to reach me he would of gotten me. Not to mention my trainer told them not to charge me because I cancelled that already. not only that but they forced through this amount it wasn’t automatic withdrawals like the normal membership. So someone at the location decided to charge my card that amount without contacting me.nnI’d highly suggest going elsewhere for your fitness needs if you want to do business with people you can trust.

The staff is either is either incompetent or THIEVES. I believe the latter is the case. I canceled my membership, and was assured by a staff member who mumbled “asshole” as I was exiting, I would not be billed further. They continued to auto withdraw. I had to get a new debit card since these criminals insist on stealing from me. Read the other reviews, they are correct. Dirty club, useless staff, and their billing department is staffed by burglars. Upside is the gym just up 59 with the swimming pool is much nicer. RUN! Don’t walk from this unsanitary location.

I stopped going to this gym because nobody cares about the sauna room and steam room being broken. It’s been months and I have notified them for months and things still don’t change. If you want a reliable gym with staff who are on top of customer complaints and service when it comes to broken equipment then this is not the gym for you. Don’t waste your money!
