Disorganized. Employees have no knowledge of where things are located in the store or if an item is sold. Employees are oblivious to the customer and don't care at all. If you ask an employee a question, they'll gape at you with their jaw open like you are speaking an unknown language and then walk away. The store is mismanaged and poorly run.

While shopping at the store for medication to ease my kidney stone pain the urge of emptying my bladder hit me hard and Fatima denied me to use the bathroom and instructed me to walk across the street and use the one at the gas station. Felt very awkward and left the store without purchasing what I was in so much need for. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION. SHAMEFUL that we can't get customer service at a pharmacy

This Walgreens is a disaster as far as customer service. There is always a long line no matter what time you go because there is only one cashier. Everytime I have ordered photos, they either can't find it or they didn't complete them. I also purchased a gift card there to give as a birthday gift. The giftcgift was used! When I told a manager and gave all the information she said there isn't anything she could do. She didn't even care that the information on the gift card was potentially compromised by an employee. The store is always clean but if can just go to CVS. It's worth the drive.
