My experience at ily's was absolutely positive. As soon as I walked in, Karen greeted me with enthusiasm. She immediately helped me find what I needed. Unfortunately I had to bring back one of the items. When I took the item back, she immediately started to help me find just the right thing that would work for me. She even called and ordered the right piece. for me. It was there when I went back and I even bought a couple of more items. I was very happy with my first purchase and appreciated her recommendations. She was very knowledgeable about all her merchandise and knew what would suit me. I highly recommend this store. Karen is wonderful and her merchandise is of great quality. Thank you Karen for all your help and positive energy.

I had the best experience shopping here, the owner is very kind, honest and helpful. I purchased a faja and unfortunately it was too big and when I returned to the store to explain to the owner my concerns she did not give me a hard time in fact she allowed me to get a smaller size. I was very thankful for her kindness and helping with my purchase. I highly recommend anyone to shop at this store.
