Old Navy - with Curbside Pickup

I like the store and I like the stock but I often feel like I get the run-around from the staff. There seems to be some misunderstanding concerning the gift certificates I receive from having the Old Navy credit card. No two staff members seems to deal with them in the same way. I feel rather devalued as a customer due to this fact.

Staff were attentive and helpful. Fully stocked. Plenty of options to choose from

Very clean, well organized store, good selection and sales going on when I visited 12/26/2019 to shop for my 10 y/o son. Aaron was amazing, signed us up for an old navy card and was able to give us an additional 25% off for signing up! Very friendly and took great care of us. Thanks again Aaron, keep up the good work!

Clean store. No one asked to help us or greet us. The toddler section for boys was smaller then the girls and not really much sortment of clothes for boys.
