The young lady was very polite and knowledgeable of the business she worked for. She answered all my questions to my satisfaction. The storage unit I was looking for was available clean and easily accessible. So far I give this business the 5 stars ask me again in 6 months that would only be fair.
Shelly is so pleasant and sweet. I love coming in the office to pay my mother-n-laws rental building monthly. I would recommend Storage Rentals of America on Rockwell in Winchester. :-)
Repeat customer and have never had an issue with any staff members. My concern is the recent burglaries I have heard about since renting a unit at the Kirt Drive location. I read a review reply from management from 7 months ago saying they were working on better security. I would like to know what has been done ? I don’t want my belongings stolen!
Decent storage facility. It would have a 5 star if the gating was secure
