I’m a longtime customer and consistently receive first rate, VIP service. My service advisor, Steven, is #1. He looks out for me and my daughter’s vehicles .... always with a smile and professionalism. He ensures our vehicles maintain their top notch status, meets every deadline he sets and keeps me informed throughout the service process. When I was out of town and had a tire issues, he contacted a nearby dealership and ensured I received service equal to his standards.nnBetween my initial sales contact, Brian S (he still works with us even though he’s now the GM) and Steven they are the essence of Wide World of Cars BMW and why I have been a close to 20 year customer.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with this dealership! The price of the car online was exactly what it was when I got to the dealership; there were no added/hidden fees. My sales man was Manny, who was extremely helpful and professional. He worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, and went out of his way to keep the car available for me. He kept me updated through every step which was reassuring. The financial team worked with me to get just what I needed. I was in and out faster than expected. I would definitely recommend World Wide BMW to anyone, and will be coming back for future cars!

The used car inventory is top notch. Everyone is very professional. I’ve had bad experiences with car buying in the past and Ed Sullivan made this process smooth. He is by far the best salesman I’ve done business with. Great work ethic and takes pride in his job. He keeps his WORD! He was transparent about everything from the beginning (fees, closing costs etc) That’s hard to come by these days. I will definitely be back for future business and referring to friends and family! Go see Ed, you won’t be disappointed. This guy hustles for you.nnThey also have their own DMV so you get to leave with plates that day! No more days of driving with temp tags. Definitely a plus.

What an amazing experience it was to work with such a talented person as Keith !nHe was remarkable from the moment I walked in the dealership to inquire about a vehicle to the moment I left the lot with my X6!nHe was attentive , knowledgeable, and was nothing but honest with me !nI have walked into many dealerships and left because of the atmosphere ... this was far from the case here !!nHe made myself and my husband feel welcomed and was willing to answer any questions.nFrom his text and calls to keep me to up to date with the process to his follow up after I left the lot with my vehicle . Best Dealership Experience I’ve ever had. I had found a used Audi online and called the dealer. Spoke with my sales rep Keith Jones and set up an appointment. Keith reviewed the vehicle with me on the phone and even sent me a video clip of the car so I could get a better look at it. When I met him at the dealer he was very professional and courteous. Made me feel right at home. No badgering, no dealership tricks or hidden fees. When I picked up the car I was treated great and everything was as promised all the way through the delivery and finance process. I highly recommend World Wide BMW and a would encourage you to ask for Keith! Thanks for all of your help. Love my new car!
