I am still in awe of how quickly, professionally and politely the service team of Eddie, Elmer and Sergio stepped in to help me out. I had a tire patched on my leased Rogue from the dealership down the street. They would not even assist to put air in the tire so I could keep on my travels to pick up my dad. Appointment only with not even an apology or a quick air to keep me going. I took a chance and pulled into the Toyota dealership. They helped me out, no questions asked. Guess where I will be going when my Nissan Rogue lease runs out? Toyota ...excellence all the way!!!
Lia Toyota is an excellent place to buy a car. It was a very pleasant experience dealing with the people at Lia. There was no high pressure sales push. They took the time to give us all the information about the cars we were interested in. We took a test drive in each car and afterward they answered all our questions. We wound up buying a 2020 Camry and they did an excellent job in getting the car ready for us and we were able to take the car home that evening.nWe would like to single out two people who were extremely helpful to us in choosing our car. They were R.J. Arditti and Kerry Maher. Both showed extensive knowledge about the cars. Both were courteous and patient in answering all of our questions , not just about the cars, but also the financing aspects of what each car would cost and about what the monthly payments would be for each car.nWe have been Toyota customers since 1987 and this was the best experience we have had in buying a Toyota in any of the dealerships we have dealt with.nI would certainly recommend Lia Toyota to any of my friends who are looking for a car.
