This is my third review and I am happy to say that my previous issue has been resolved thanks to Angel. She is very helpful. I have no complaints about STORAGE RENTALS OF AMERICA. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I gave three stars because overall it was a good experience but with a couple bumps. The price went up $10 more a month than I was quoted because I couldn't make it out on the original day I scheduled. They said this was just a routine price increase but the timing sounds suspicious to me. Also the first person I talked to never mentioned the extra insurance fee you have to pay. The lady in the office had to tell me about it. For a first time storage renter this came as an unwelcome and unexpected expense. Also when I first got there a sign was on the door saying 'gone to bank be back soon'. So I had to wait on her to bet back to the office. Once I finally got to speak with her she was nice and helpful and pleasant to deal with which is why I'm giving 3 stars instead of 2. Space was clean. Had a secure looking gate. Roads to the sheds have lots of potholes and bumps.

Well I had my storage rate increased with out my knowledge Had to pay late fees because nobody was at the building for 3-4 days, I work full time, although I called, text emailed and talked to a gentleman on the phone to make arrangements. Because I pay in cash. They still charged me because they wasn't there when I could come to pay and ditched in the days I had off work. I also had my stuff taking out of my storage unit with out my knowledge, because someone cut the lock off my storage unit. She said I had to have let someone havethe key and passcode, which I didn't and she couldn't roll back the footage because it had been more then two weeks. Who goes to there storage unit everyday!!!! I would have to file a police report. Even though I had to pay for insurance to get the unit in ky name. It was absurd to say the least

They took our money and locked our stuff inside. I don't appreciate it since I paid on Feb 29, plus they didn't send me a receipt like they did the first time and they never sent me an email that they were going to lock it.nI'd at least appreciate notification.
