Talk about the easiest truck buying experience of my life. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Vincent Castaldo. When buying our 550 he delivered exactly what I wanted without trying to push me another direction he listened and delivered me the truck in less than day. The buying experience was so easy I bought my wife a Ford Explorer the next day. Schultz Ford and Vinny have earned my companies business and my families business for life!!!

My lease was expiring this year, so I went in a couple months ago and was interested in the Ford Mach E. The salesman I spoke with didn’t know anything about the car (didn’t know about tax credits, programs, incentives, information on the vehicle, noooothing), I left my information, they never called, never reached out. I guess they’re sales must be so great they didn’t feel the need to contact me. Ultimately I stayed with the car manufacturer I was with. I just wanted to share my experience, especially since I wanted to leave the manufacturer I was with to join the Ford family.nI would leave a 1 star but the second star is for the cleanliness of the lobby.

Tremendous experience from start to finish!! Between Craig, Kevin, Vinny and Cesar who went well above and beyond, they make a great team and work together to make sure you are completely satisfied. The sales team keeps you informed every step of the process. Very positive. They have a customer for life.
