If you want a seamless experience with leasing a car, look no further. These guys took care of me from beginning to end. I felt like I was being treated with honesty and respect by the employees. I came in with a deal offer from advertisements, asked for that deal, and I got it! I would have never expected things to run that smoothly, but Jaihrell who helped me out kept everything transparent.nnSeriously, for a first timer going through this process of leasing a car, it was a dream. 5/5 stars, I recommend anybody who is in the market for a new ride to check these folks out!

Had such a great experience with this dealership from the first time I inquired about a vehicle until after delivery. Leticia Glenn is an amazing salesperson. I dealt with about four different people at various times and they were all great. Awesome communication. Up front pricing. Very transparent and I never felt pressured to make a decision about anything. They even delivered my car to my house an hour away! I would definitely do business here again and recommend them to friends and family. ud83dude0a

This isn’t the first time I’ve purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I will say the my husband and I were a little upset at first with Jeremy my salesman and Louis our finance manager because we came in looking for a specific color vehicle and with a specific down payment and we were shown a color which my husband did not ask for! I will say the they really did their thing after the fact I was so happy with the vehicle the color of the exterior and interior that I purchased even though the down payment of the car wasn’t what we wanted to put down. Other then that Jeremy and Louis and that team was really great........ will I recommend them absolutely!

Elias and Leticia were both very helpful and patient. My car was being shipped in and there were many delays with the delivery of the car but Elias the E-Commerce Manager was very helpful and great at communicating the whereabouts of my car as it was being shipped in(I emailed him A LOT and he was helpful each time). All in all it was worth the wait and I got my car for a good deal. Everything except the delivery(no fault of the dealership ) of the car went smoothly. Great staff with great communication skills.

Return customer at Kia of West Nyack. This was my second purchase and again the process was quick and seamless. The salesman, Nick, was able to get me the exact model, color and trim I wanted. They’ve now converted to a convenient paperless process as well. Very happy with my experience and new Kia.
