Zero stars. Had been there once before and the owner was really nice she took her time and did a great job. Returned there on New Year’s Eve and expected there to be a crowd because that’s understandable. No one even looked up or greeted you when you walked in, I had to go up to one of the stylists and ask if they had time for me. The real issue was that I waited two and half hours for them to grab someone that came in an hour AFTER me. I went and addressed it with the two lady’s that were working and they decided to act naive. Once I told them I was leaving, only then, did they want to call me back and rectify the situation . I was furious! Do not recommend this place simply because if you can’t serve your patrons with respect how do expect them to want to return or even tell someone else about your experience .

No stars actually disgusting place went there and the lady let someone wash my hair that didn’t work there! Do not recommend I do recommend JAQUELINES ON CENTRAL AVE IN ALBANY

Very good vibe took their time and I have lupus with hair damage and the ladies did a wonderful job on my hair. I will be returning
