Staff were all friendly and helpful but seemed overwhelmed when I went to the store. They had to order my boots from the vendor because none of the other locations had them in stock. It took over 2 months of me calling them to be informed that they no longer made the boots that I ordered. They told me that they contacted my employer because they didn't have my phone number yet I gave them my phone number when they asked at the time I ordered them. I could have had the boots I needed much earlier had I been informed from the beginning that they were discontinued. It took me three times calling them. I had ordered them on January 2nd and just found out today, March 29th after calling yet again. Poor customer service and very disorganized in the ordering department as far as I'm concerned. I now need a new voucher from work and will be looking elsewhere for boots.
One of my favorite places, be careful, if you're not somewhat financially disciplined you might spend more $ than you initially intended
AWESOME PAINTBALL & AIRSOFT INVENTORY. ONE OF THE MOST STOCKED PLACES AROUND IVE BEEN TO IN AWHILE, PLUS THERE IS A DECENT SURPLUS INVENTORY ON THE 2ND LEVEL
Great selection of clothing, gear, and accessories that won’t break the bank. Store was clean and orderly, staff was kind.
