Starbucks

Once again, I had a great experience at my local Starbucks. My drink is consistently good and there are always new goodies to eat. I wish they would open up the dining room so we can sit inside again.

Cashier handed our drink to customer in front of us in drive through, they took it in the car. Then realized it wasn’t there’s and gave it back. We pulled forward and they tried to give us the same drink the customer had touched and put in their car. Just kinda gross, and she seemed a little off put when we wanted a new drink lol.

I love this Starbucks but recently they hired a new girl, she’s awfully rude and clearly not meant for customer service. I hate my customer service job too but I still put on a smile. I order the same thing every time I’m there and when she’s working my drink always comes out with no lemonade in it even though I make it more than clear I want it. I can always tell it’s her as soon as I pull up to the speaker because of her attitude. She has long thin braids, she could definitely use a lesson on how to be kind, especially when she’s getting paid to do so.

Almost all the staff here and very friendly, warm and positive. Been here a few times and staff have not been friendly, but one person's bad day should detract from the fact that there's consistently great service provided by the staff here. Happy to wait in line while they're swamped because of it.
