Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle has the worst service of any restaurant I have ever experienced. I am a cadet who is locked on post and relies on delivery to get my food, but I routinely end up waiting over two hours for an order that should not take longer than half an hour. The root of the problem is this restaurant's reliance on DoorDash drivers to deliver food in a sparsely populated area. It makes no sense why it cannot get its own delivery service like literally every other restaurant in Highland Falls. American Burrito seems to have its hourly deliveries down to a science, so it should look into adopting its model. However, even when I get a driver assigned quickly, he or she often has to wait thirty minutes or more outside the restaurant for my order to be completed. When there is a holdup and the driver tries to understand what the problem is, none of the workers ever have a clue what is going on and just leave the driver there helpless. There have also been multiple instances of the wrong driver taking my order and them having to remake it, which takes another half hour for some unknown and unacceptable reason. Bottom line, there has to be some serious improvements to this Chipotle's command and control of its orders and it needs to create its own delivery service since there are not enough drivers in Highland Falls. I realize that Chipotle is a huge bloated corporation that is resistant to innovation, but someone needs to let someone higher up in the chain of command know that the way things are currently going is absolutely unacceptable. I love Chipotle's food, so I truly hope this restaurant rises to the challenge and makes the necessary improvements.

Super slow service. I have never gotten my food on time and expect it to be at least 20 minutes late. They should also consider just doing their own delivery service as relying on doordash can be questionable

I'm not the biggest fan of chipotle to begin with. But it is convenient to have them there, where I can go and order a quick burrito online and then drive and pick it up. I've ordered twice and haven't had any problem with them having my food out on time. No complaints, other than it's just not my favorite food. They have a lot going for them, but they are not the best. Chipotle, strive for that extra star and maybe you'll earn it. Until then, here's four out of five. Thanks for doing what you're doing.

Horrible experience everytime I have ordered from this location. The waot is usually 2 hours long, (no exaggeration) if u order queso on the side they put a teaspoon in the cup after they charge u like $2.50 for it in the first place.nThe food is almost always cold and they don't give a sh** that you have just waited for 2 hours to get cold food, and a drop of fn cheese sauce. My advice AVOID THIS LOCATION UNLESS U HAVE TIME TO WAIT AND ARE NOT THAT HUNGRY.

New concept with a few kinks to work out (their online ordering system failed on them on a Sunday, the second day they were open) but a very attentive staff and the same, delicious & fresh food I've come to expect from Chipotle. Great job keeping your cool, Ryan and staff! We'll be back :)
