We had no water coming in from the well! Great advice from call person late Friday Night - so we waited until Saturday morning. We received an early call and the technicians were here by 9:30. Sensor needed to be replaced and they did extra testing to be sure no other problems would pop up quickly. Very satisfied with the timeliness, quality of their work and the communications from the technicians to help me understand why the issue existed as well as the repairs needed. Great help!!

Don was awesome! Not only was he professional but he was extremely helpful in pointing out multiple ways to address our concerns and help us make the decision that best fits our situation. We were using the Water Source in Poughkeepsie. They were easily 50% more expensive, less on time and did unnecessary work. Since working with T Weber we cannot believe the difference. The honesty, the professionalism and just doing the right thing. These guys are at the top of their game. What a fantastic outfit. They made every step of the process easy. We have our air conditioner serviced by them we have our furnace serviced by them they just installed state of the art water filtration and are now doing a split air conditioning system for us. We just love this company. The techs are such good guys and always care about your property. Professionalism abounds. I think all the techs. should get raises
